Avalokitesvara Festival is really a spiritual celebration wishing for harmonic weather conditions and sending prayers for wellbeing, peace, and harmony. It's held in three times, like two pieces: ceremony and Competition. The ceremony emphasized sacred Buddhist rituals with a lot of religious routines which include welcoming the light, preaching th
